What gets deleted
- Your name, email, profile photo and saved addresses
- Your login: the phone number is freed, so you can sign up again later as a new user
- Push notification tokens on your devices
What we keep, and why
Orders, invoices, payments, refunds and payouts are kept without your name or contact details, because Indian tax and accounting law requires these records for up to 8 years.
Restaurant and delivery partner accounts are taken offline immediately. Money already owed to you for delivered orders is still paid out in the next weekly settlement.
Before you delete
If an order is still in progress, finish it or cancel it first. The app won’t let you delete your account while one is active.
