How you earn
Every trip pays a fixed amount plus a rate for the distance. Today’s rates:
A 3 km trip: ₹20 + 3 × ₹6 = ₹38.
Each request shows the pickup, the drop, the distance and your earning. You have 45 seconds to accept or skip.
Your earnings for delivered trips go to your bank every week. The app shows today’s and this week’s earnings as you go.
For cash-on-delivery orders you collect the amount shown in the app. It’s adjusted against your weekly payout, and the app keeps a running total of cash in hand.
Pick a usual shift (morning, evening, night or flexible), but you decide each day when to go online.
A trip, start to finish
- Go onlineTap the big button. Your location is shared only while you’re online.
- Accept a requestRequests come from kitchens near you. One order at a time, so you never juggle two.
- Pick upRide to the restaurant with directions in the app, check the items and confirm pickup.
- Hand over with the codeAt the door, ask the customer for their 4-digit code. Enter it and the trip is done.
What you need
- An Android smartphone with mobile data
- A bike, scooter, EV or bicycle
- Driving licence and vehicle number (not needed for a bicycle)
- The last 4 digits of your Aadhaar. We never ask for the full number
- A bank account in your name, with IFSC
- A clear photo of yourself
How to join
- Download Don Delivery and sign in with your mobile number.
- Fill in your vehicle, licence, bank details and photo.
- Our team checks your details and approves your account.
- Go online and take your first trip.
Rider questions
Can I ride a bicycle?
Yes. You won’t need a driving licence or vehicle number; trips are offered from kitchens near you.
Do I have to work fixed hours?
No. Choose a usual shift when you sign up, then go online and offline whenever you like.
What if I miss a request?
After 45 seconds it goes to the next nearest rider, and new requests keep coming while you’re online.
Is my location tracked all the time?
No. Your location is shared only while you are online, so we can offer nearby trips and customers can follow their food.
How does cash on delivery work?
You collect the amount shown in the app. The cash you hold is shown in Earnings and adjusted against your weekly payout.
When do I get paid?
Every week, to your bank account, for all delivered trips.
Who do I call if something goes wrong on a trip?
Use Help in the app. You can call the customer or the restaurant from the trip screen too.
